奶牛腕关节内窥镜进镜部位及正常滑膜形态的研究

应用关节内窥镜对奶牛腕关节的进镜部位和滑膜形态进行了研究。桡腕关节的进镜部位在关节前方正中偏内侧 ,在腕桡侧伸肌腱内侧和腕斜伸肌腱 (拇长外展肌 )之间的三角区 ,再向内为副皮下静脉及桡神经浅支 ,腕间关节在腕桡侧伸肌腱的两侧均可。关节滑膜和绒毛形态在不同的关节及同一关节的不同部位都不尽相同。一般在关节囊突出最明显的部位绒毛密集且长 ,靠近关节面和韧带内侧绒毛短或没有绒毛

Studies on the arthroscopic portals and synovial membrance of carpus in cows

The arthroscopic portals and synovial membrance of carpus in cows were studied in this experiment by using arthroscopy.The portal of radiocapal joint was in the triangle of tendon of extensor carpi radialis muscle and long abductor muscle of first digit.Lateral to accessory cephalic vein and superficial branceh of radial nerve.The arthroscopic portals in intercarpal joint were in the both sides of extensor carpi radialis muscle.The villi in the synovial membrane were different in different joint.It was different in different part of the same joint.There were no villi near the joint cartilage and on the inside of the joint ligaments.There were longer and condense villi in the protruding part of the capsule.$$$$
