| 摘 要： | 选择了国内外较有发展前景的4类9种秸秆处理方法及其较佳工艺,通过化学成份分析、瘤胃干物质消化率、扫描电子显微镜分析、光学显微镜分析、色谱分析等手段,进行了综合对比研究,其成果可供研究和生产参考。

| Abstract: | The study collected 9 straw treatment methods, which are used practically or hopefully. The experiment programs were designed under the same testing materials and the similar condition in order to do the comparison of effect of different straw treatment methods.The methods of determination included chemical composition analysis for crude protein and crude fibre, in vitro dry matter disappearance (IVDMD), survey of the micro-structure exchange of cell well and measuring the exchange of chemical constituents of hemi-cellulose and lignin. According to the test results, opinions about future research and production were proposed. |
