| 摘 要： | 由于农业具有收入的不确定性、投资的长期性、低收益性、高风险性等产业特性,使得农业一直都是弱质产业。农业问题不解决,"三农"问题也就无法克服。作为农业大国,实施农业保险对于稳定我国农业经济,推动工业和第三产业进步,进而带动全国经济实现可持续发展有着不可估量的作用。然而,我国目前农业保险的现实情况却不容乐观。本文分析了我国农业保险存在的几个问题,并针对问题给出相关建议对策。

| Abstract: | Agriculture is a feeble constitution industry for its several characters.For example: uncertainty for income,longterm for investment,Low profitability,high risk.If agriculture problem can not be solved,problems about Agriculture,Countryside and Farmer issues are still not overcome.As a large agricultural nation,it is very important to implement agricultural insurance to stable our country agricultural economy,to impetus industry and the tertiary industry progress,then to realize the sustainable development.... |
