摘    要:采用5种植物生长调节剂溶液浸泡红砂种子进行容器育苗试验,结果表明:赤霉素能促进红砂种子的发芽,生根粉、吲哚丁酸、赤霉素、萘乙酸、肽蛋白对红砂苗高的影响较小,生根粉6号、赤霉素、萘乙酸、肽蛋白能显著促进红砂幼苗主根的伸长和地径的增粗,赤霉素和生根粉6号能显著增加红砂幼苗的单株干重。

Abstract:In this paper,the 5 different growth regulators were applied in the Reaumuria soongorica(Pall.)Maxim seeding raised in containers.The results showed that GA could promote the seeding emergence of Reaumuria soongorica(Pall.)Maxim.The effects of ABT、IBA、GA、NAA and peptidyl protein on the plant height were less;ABT(6)、GA、NAA and peptidyl protein could obviously promote the taproot elongation of Reaumuria soongorica(Pall.)Maxim and increased the thick of ground diameter;ABT(6) and GA could obviously increase dry weight per plant.
