油橄榄叶提取物对铅中毒小鼠脾脏抗氧化酶及NO的影响

摘    要:探讨油橄榄叶提取物(OLE)对铅中毒小鼠脾脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性及还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)、丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)含量的影响.选100只健康小鼠,随机分成5组,每日灌胃醋酸铅溶液的同时灌胃不同剂量的OLE进行治疗,连续用药30 d,检测脾脏SOD、NOS活性及GSH、MDA和NO含量的变化.结果表明,铅中毒实验组小鼠脾脏SOD、GSH水平均低于正常对照组,NO、NOS、MDA含量均高于正常对照组.与模型对照组相比,小鼠灌胃OLE后脾脏SOD、GSH水平升高,NO、NOS、MDA的含量降低.由此表明,OLE能改善铅对小鼠脾脏抗氧化功能的损害.

Abstract:To study the effects of olive leaf extract(OLE) on superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),nitric-oxide synthase(NOS) activity and nitric-oxide(NO),malondialdehyde(MDA) contents in spleen of mice with lead poisoning.The one hundred health mice were chosen,assigned randomly to five groups and daily intragastric administration with lead acetate and with different dose of OLE for 30 days.The activities of SOD,NOS and the contents of GSH,MDA and NO in spleen of mice were determined.The levels of SOD,GSH in spleen in lead-poisoned groups were lower and the contents of NO,NOS and MDA were higher than those in control group.Compared with model group,the concentrations of SOD,GSH significantly increased while the contents of NO,NOS and MDA decreased in OLE groups.Those indicated that OLE may improve lead-induced damage to the antioxidant function of spleen.
