| 摘 要： | 西部大开发 ,重在生态建设和环境保护。本文通过分析内蒙古水资源的基本特点和供需情况 ,针对内蒙古水资源开发利用中存在的问题 ,提出了 2 1世纪初内蒙古在西部大开发中水资源开发利用的方略。

| Abstract: | The rapid development of the west China Lies in ecology construction and environment protection. Based on the analyses of basic characteristics, of Inner Mongolia water resources the relationship between supply and demand and at the problems in the course of water resources development and utilization, the strategies of the water resources development and utilization are put forward during the west rapid development in the beginning of the 21th centuty. |
