| Abstract: | For small-sized timber processing factories, the author proposes that an oxidizing pond should be the most economical and efficient way to treat the waste water derived from log steaming and boiling processes. The working principle of an oxidizing pond to purify the steamed and boiled waste water is discussed in this paper. It also gives an example that illustrates how to design and employ an oxidizing pond. |
