球孢链霉菌AM 6的液体发酵条件研究

摘    要:以PD培养液为测定培养基,采用抑菌圈法测定了球孢链霉菌AM6在不同培养时间、pH值、温度、通气量下液体发酵产物时烟草赤星病菌孢子的抑制作用。结果表明,AM6在培养的第96~108h和132-156h时分别达到产孢、产素高峰期;pH9.0,28℃产素最高;通气量少有利于产素。

Abstract:AM 6,a strain of Streptomyces globispotus identified as effective in antagonizing Alternaria alternata in Yunnan in 2001-2003, was cultured in PD liquid medium with different pH values,culture duration and ventilation volume,and its inhibition effect against A.alternata was determined with the inhibition zone method.Spore quantity of AM 6 and the inhibition substances produced by it reached their maximum during 96~108 h and 132~156 h of culture.The optimum pH and temperature for AM 6 growth and inhibition substance production were 9.0 and 28~oC,respectively.A lower volume of ventilation was favorable for AM 6 growth and inhibition substance production.
