金融危机影响下女性农民工就业问题探析——以河北省南皮县为例

金融危机的爆发对我国的出口、外贸、就业等均造成了严重的冲击,危机之后女性农民工的就业情况仍值得关注。2010年初通过对河北省南皮县女性农民工的调查,发现女性农民工在金融危机爆发时出现了几个月不等的短暂性失业。从短期影响看,随着县域企业恢复生产,她们大多数又重新回到工作岗位,而且工资比之前有所提高,是可喜的现象。但从长期来看,女性农民工就业具有很大的不稳定性,她们在就业方式和渠道上仍存在许多劣势,更为重要的是她们大多是企业临时性的工人,没有签订正式劳动合同,因而没有任何保障可言。其工资水平即便有所提高,仍不能与其劳动力价值相匹配,而且其提高的程度也不及物价上涨的幅度,仍不能解决其购买力不足的事实。基于调查分析结果,针对如何提高南皮县女性农民工的就业问题提出了相应的建议。

Analysis on the Employment of Female Migrant Workers under Financial Crisis

Global financial crisis brought severe impact on China’s export,foreign trade and employment,after the crisis it was found that the employment of female migrant workers still called for public attention.Based on the female migrant workers survey of Nanpi county,Hebei province at the beginning of 2010,this paper found that a number of female migrant workers were thrown into unemployment about a few months with the occurring of financial crisis.When the enterprises of the county returned to production,most of them regained employment and their wages had been raised to a certain extent.In the short term,it’s a good thing.But in the long term,it is not hard to find that their employment is not stable.Their employment way and path had many disadvantages.And most of them had no any security because they were casual workers and they usually didn’t sign formal labor contacts.And their new wages level still can’t match their labor value and the price’s rising,so that their purchasing power is still low.According to above problems,this paper puts forward some countermeasures at last.
