| 摘 要： | 培养高质量食品质量与安全监管人才需要高质量的大学生素质教育。阐述了综合素质的内涵,分析了食品质量与安全专业大学生综合素质现状与存在的问题,并提出专业知识与综合素质教育并重的实施策略及培养目标,以为社会培养合格人才。

| Abstract: | The task of fostering undergraduates supervising the quality and safety of foodstuff calls for the improvement of comprehensive diathesis.In this paper,the contents of comprehensive diathasis were illustrated,and the current situations and problems of some students from quality and safety of food staff were analyzed.Meanwhile,the strategies and aims of putting an equal emphasis on knowledge and diathesis were brong forward in order to qualify those undergraduates. |
