日粮中添加不同水平羊草对五龙鹅氮代谢的影响

摘    要:试验采用18月龄五龙鹅快长系24只,随机分成4组,每组6只.4组试鹅饲料中,羊草粉添加量分别为12.70%1、6.70%、21.00%、25.80%.调节能量(ME)、粗蛋白(CP)、钙(Ca)、有效磷(AP)、蛋氨酸(Met)、赖氨酸(Lys)等水平一致.采用全收粪法,检测粪便中的CP和氨基酸(AA),确定其消化率,以探讨不同羊草粉添加比例的日粮对鹅消化吸收的影响.结果表明:在ME和CP等摄入量一致的条件下,随着羊草粉添加水平的不断提高,N的沉积量、净蛋白利用率(NPU)差异不显著(P>0.05);粪中各组氨态氮(NH3-N)浓度依次下降,各种氨基酸表观消化率(AAAD)较高(77.30%-91.78%).

Abstract:Twenty-four individuals of eighteen-month-old geese were selected and were equally divided into 4 groups with 6 replicates in each group in the feed experiment.The proportion of Leymus chinensis Meal in each experiment diet was 12.70 %,16.7 %,21.00 %,25.80 % and the level of crude fiber(CF)was increased gradually.The standards of ME,CP,Ca,AP,Met and Lys were set in same level.Using anus fecal method,geese digestibility of CP and AA were determined in order to find the effect of geese digestibility under the diet of different content of crude fiber.The results suggested that under the same content of CP and ME,with the development of CF,the sediment capacity of N and NPU were not significantly defferent among the four groups(P>0.05);NH3-N in feces among the four groups had declined gradually and AAAD was high(77.30 %-91.38 %).
