木材真空-浮压干燥过程热质传递的数学模型

摘    要:该文分析了木材在真空状态及压力浮动的条件下干燥时有别于常规干燥的特殊之处 ,并以水蒸气压力梯度为水分迁移的主要驱动力 ,建立了木材浮压干燥热质传递的数学模型 .文中采用马尾松为试验材料 ,对模型进行了试验验证 .通过对浮压干燥过程的理论模拟与试验结果的比较分析可知 :理论模拟曲线和试验曲线除在高含水率区域有一定偏差外 (最大偏差值为 8 12 % ) ,其余区域均吻合较好 .在该试验条件下 ,平均干燥速率的理论值为2 95 % h ,试验值为 3 0 4 % h .

Abstract:Characteristics of wood drying process under vacuum\|floating pressure were analyzed in this paper, and a mathematical model of heat and mass transfer in vacuum\|float pressure drying process was developed on the basis of regarding vapor pressure gradient as the main drive force of water movement. Experiment, using masson pine(\%Pinus massoniana\%) as specimens, had been carried out to validate this model. The conclusion is: except some differences occurr in high moisture content area (the maximal difference was 8.12%), theoretical curve tallies with experimental curve quite well. The average drying rate of the experiment was 3.04%/h, and the theoretic value 2.95%/h.
