硼钾营养对棉株含氮化合物的影响

摘    要:用严重缺硼的石灰性紫色土为供试土壤,在土培条件下,研究了硼、钾营养对棉株含氮化合物的影响。结果表明:缺硼、缺钾及硼过量均使棉株叶片中非蛋白态氮及游离氨基态氮含量显著增加,而对棉株叶片蛋白氮含量无显著影响,但单株叶片蛋白氮总量及蛋白氮与非蛋白氮的比例显著下降。各种氨基酸含量的变化与游离氨基态氮含量的变化一致,但各种氨基酸含量变化的幅度相差甚大。

Abstract:Experiments were conducted under soil culture condition to study theinfluences of boron or potassium on nitrogenious compounds in cotton. The resultsshowed that the content of free amino acid and non-protein N in leaves were much highand the ratio of protein N to non-protein N and the total protein synthesis per plandwere lower at B deficiency, K deficiency and B toxicity than at nomal B and K levels,but the content of protein N was not effected. There were no interaction between theeffects of B and K up nitrogenious compounds
