| 摘 要： | 研制了一种小型卧式甘蔗叶粉碎机,适用于甘蔗叶沼气发酵原料的前处理.该机的主要结构组成为喂料斗、动刀轴、粉碎室、传动机构及机架等.动刀的排列依据动平衡理论计算确定.试验表明整机工作平稳,振动小,粉碎质量和生产率均能满足要求.

| Abstract: | According to the requirements of raw materials for biogas,a kind of small horizontal grinder of sugarcane leaves was developed.The main structure of the grinder which contends feed guide,tool axis and driving mechanism and so on is introduced in this paper.The arrangement of grinder's axis is according to the result of dynamic balance theory.Test results showed that the machine works with high stability and little vibration,and the grinding quality and productivity meet the requirements. |
