基于DXF文件的图形自动编程数控系统设计

摘    要:数控加工自动编程技术是现代制造中降低生产成本、提高生产效率的重要环节之一.本文开发了一种基于DXF文件的图形自动编程数控系统,描述了系统的总体结构和功能模块,从零件信息读取、工艺处理及数控代码生成、加工轨迹模拟设计三个方面说明该系统的工作原理.通过具体实例分析,该系统能够实现二维图形信息的获取,并自动转换为数控程序代码,与数控机床通信即可进行加工.
