| Abstract: | Based on the fluctuations in prices of commercial houses in Zhangjiakou,and statistical analysis,the paper shows that the cost of land acquisition,cost of construction material,and price level are the main factors influencing the prices of commercial houses in Zhangjiakou.Price regulation should focus on the roles of these factors. |
