康保县退耕还林还草遥感动态监测分析

以康保全县及其3个自然区为研究尺度,在遥感图像处理和地理信息系统技术的支持下,对研究区1993年至2008年退耕还林还草的总体特征、分区特征、时空变化进行了分析.结果表明16年来耕地大面积减少,但仍为基质景观,林地、草地面积持续增加;三个自然区在保持各自基质景观优势的基础上,耕地、林地、草地所占面积比例有趋均衡倾向;在时空分布上,1993～2001年间,退耕还林还草集中在北部低山丘陵区和东部缓坡丘陵区,在2001～2008年间,退耕还林还草集中分布在南部波状平原区和东部缓坡丘陵区.该县要进一步加大牧草地面积,保持退耕成果,调整耕地和林地结构,建立起既符合生态本底又有利于经济社会持续发展的以牧为主、牧林农相结合的土地利用格局.

Dynamic Monitoring Analysis of Remote Sensing Reforestation in Kangbao County

This paper,with the support of image processing of remote sensing and GIS technology,mainly analyzes the result of sloping land conversion program in Kangbao county and its 3 physical geographical regions from 1993 to 2008.And the analysis centers on three aspects:general characteristics of the whole county,separate characteristics of different regions,and the change of space and time.The statistics show that although a large area of farmland has decreased during 16 years,it temains the landscape matrix,and at the same time,the woodland and grassland area has continued to increase.On the base of the advantage of landscape matrix,these 3 physical geographical regions have already gradually balanced the proportion of farmland,woodland and grassland,As to spatial distribution,the conversion program was mainly carried out in northern hilly area and eastern slope hilly area from 1993 to 2001,and in southern undulating plain and eastern slope hilly area from 2001 to 2008.In a word,this county should further increase pasture area,maintain the achievements of the sloping land conversion program,and adjust the structure of farmland and woodland so that it can establish a reasonable land pattern which gives priority to pasture and meanwhile combines successfully the pasture,farmland and woodland,bendfit to bringing both ecological balance and social and economic sustainable development.
