摘    要:本文以常用甜樱桃砧木吉塞拉6号为试验材料,采用穴盘嫩枝扦插方式,研究IAA、IBA、NAA这3种植物生长调节剂对吉塞拉6号的成活率、生根率、根粗、根长、须根等指标的影响。结果表明:在适宜的管理条件下,采用1 000 mg/L IAA+1 000 mg/L IBA的混合生长调节剂速蘸插条7~8 s后,吉塞拉6号嫩枝扦插效果最佳,其生根率能达到97.87%,平均根粗可以达到2.815 70 mm,平均根长为65.392 80 mm,单个不定根上的最多须根数较多,平均每株带须根的不定根数和平均每株须根数比其他处理多。

Effects of Plant Growth Regulators on Cutting Rooting of giselaNo.6

Abstract:This experiment took the common cherry rootstock Gisela No.6 as the test material, and conducted the cutting experiment with different plant growth regulators and different concentrations, and studied the effects of three plant growth regulators with different concentrations on the survival rate, rooting rate, root diameter, root length and fibrous root of gisela No.6. The results showed that under the appropriate management conditions, the cutting effect of gisela No.6 was the best when the cuttings were dipped with the mixed regulator of 1000 mg/L IAA+1000 mg/L IBA for 7-8s, with the rooting rate of 97.87%, the average root diameter of 2.8157mm, the average root length of 65.3928mm, and the maximum number of fibrous roots on a single adventitious root. Compared with other treatments, the average number of adventitious roots with fibrous roots per plant and the average number of fibrous roots per plant are 1.38 and 2.51 respectively.
