| 摘 要： | 阐明了充分认识加强学风建设的重要性和紧迫性,提出了全面加强高校学风建设的措施：（1）以德治校;（2）从严管理;（3）加强人文素质教育;（4）加强典型教育;（5）环境育人;（6）全员育人.最后提出全面加强学风建设的一些建议.
