| Abstract: | The circulation types of some fresh plant products including vegetables and fruits in Japan are introduced in this article. The legal system, market structure and trade principles for these fresh plant products are analyzed in detail. In addition, five functions of this wholesale trade market and its present situation are also demonstrated. |
