| 摘 要： | 对老鼠簕扦插生根的试验结果表明．从生根率，生根数和根长度等3个指标综合考虑．用枝条下段扦插效果比用枝条上段好；不同含量的激素对老鼠簕扦插生根效果不同．其中吲哚丁酸(IBA)200mg／L诱导生根的效果最为理想．插条的生根率可达75％，且生根质量也较为理想。

| Abstract: | The results of cuttage propagation of Acanthus ilicifolius indicated that the lower stick rooted better than the upper section based on the rooting percentage, root number and root length. Different dosage of homone induced different effect of cutting propagation. A high rooting percentage of 75% and good rooting quality was found when treated by indole butyric acid (IBA) at 200mg/L. |
