西南地区木材工业现状和发展的若干思考

从产业格局、原料资源、生产水平和规模、产品市场、科技创新、人才培养等方面,分析我国西南地区木材工业的现状,提出国家政策扶持、培育循环经济发展模式、调整产品结构、形成科学技术支撑要点以及森林生态环境修建区域经济补偿制度等建议,诠释西南地区木材工业在西南地区乃至全国的社会、经济和生态环境地位.

Considerations on Current Status and Future Development of the Wood Industry in Southwest China

The author reviewed the current status of the wood industry in Southwest China(including Yunnan,Sichuan,Guizhou Provinces and Guangxi,Tibet Autonomous Regions) covering industrial distribution,raw material resources,production level and scale,markets,research and development capacity and manpower resource issues.The results indicated that the government should establish some favorable policies for this region.It is also suggested that further development of the Southwest wood industry should aim at establishing a circular-economy mode,apply advanced science and technology,adjust the products,and give economic compensation for forest ecology re-construction.The effect of the Southwest wood industry on the social,economy,ecology and environment,not only in the area itself but also for the whole country,was also explained.These factors all have important roles in revitalizing the wood industry,not only in the Southwest,but for all of China.
