读者价值导向的图书馆读者关系管理探析

摘    要:读者价值是图书馆竞争优势的新来源,而读者关系管理对提高读者满意度、提升图书馆竞争优势起着至关重要的作用。探讨了读者价值的概念和构成,分析了读者价值的形成机理,提出了若干基于读者价值的图书馆读者关系管理策略。

Abstract:Reader value is considered as a new source of library's competitive advantages,and RRM plays an important role in improving reader satisfaction and promoting library's competitive advantages.The article probes into the concepts and components of reader value,analyzes the formation mechanism of reader value,and puts forward several strategies of RRM in library,which is based on reader value.
