高山红景天种子特性研究

[目的]调查分析高山红景天种子的特性。[方法]以长白山野生高山红景天和和龙栽培高山红景天的种子为试材,按大小将其分成3类并对其形态、大小以及发芽特性进行研究。[结果]高山红景天种子为香蕉形,种皮呈淡棕色或深棕色,表面有多个条状突起,且多为纵向,种子两侧有较粗的棱。高山红景天种子大小的差异较为明显,大种子的平均长度为1.650~1.855 mm,平均宽度为0.433~0.488 mm,中等种子的平均长度为1.385~1.438 mm,平均宽度为0.435~0.447 mm,小种子的平均长度为1.120~1.390 mm,平均宽度为0.386~0.435 mm;高山红景天种子在152、02、5和30℃4个温度下的发芽率不同,在15℃下发芽率最低,30℃下发芽率最高,且发芽率从低温到高温呈逐渐升高的趋势。[结论]为利用有性繁殖技术大规模栽培高山红景天提供了基础理论依据。

Research on the Properties of Rhodiola sachalinensis Seeds
