聚乳酸木质基材料的制造工艺

摘    要:以天然木纤维为基本相、聚乳酸为黏接相设计层结构铺装,通过热压制得聚乳酸木质基材料。利用正交实验对主要工艺参数和成板性能的关系进行研究,分析了各因素对成板性能的影响规律,确定出最优的工艺参数。试验结果表明:经硅烷处理的木纤维与未处理木纤维制得的试板性能相比,其物理力学性能得到明显提高。随着硅烷用量(3%~7%)和PLA添加量(10%~30%)的增加,试板的耐水性增大;当热压时间从8min延长到12min,试板的弹性模量增大;当热压温度从170℃升高到180℃,试板的物理力学性能增加。确定的最优工艺参数为:PLA添加量20%,硅烷用量3%,热压温度190℃,热压时间10min。在此工艺参数条件下制得聚乳酸木质基材料,其静曲强度和弹性模量均达到室外型板物理力学性能指标,但试板的耐水性偏低。
