姜黄挥发油的提取工艺及抗氧化活性研究

摘    要:目的]优选姜黄挥发油的提取工艺。方法]用挥发油测定器以水蒸气蒸馏法提取姜黄挥发油,应用L9(34)正交试验设计选取最佳提取工艺条件,同时采用DPPH法测定姜黄挥发油的抗氧化能力。结果]最佳提取条件为浸泡时间0.5 h、加水量700 ml和提取时间8.0 h,挥发油的提取得率为7.26%;姜黄挥发油自由基平均清除率为75.16%。结论]优选所得工艺稳定可行,姜黄挥发油具有一定的抗氧化能力。

Abstract:Objective] The aim of this paper was to optimize the extraction process of Curcuma longa I essential oil.Method] Essential oil of Curcuma longa I was obtained by the method of steam distill.The optimum extraction condition was investigated by the orthogonal design L9(34).Meanwhile,the DPPH method was used to determine the oxidation resistance ability of Curcuma longa I volatile oil.Result] The optimum extraction condition was immersion for 0.5 h,700 ml watering quantity and 8.0 h extraction time.The volatile oil extraction rate was 7.26 %;The average clearance percentage of volatile oil free radical in Curcuma longa I was 75.16%.Conclusion] The optimized process was stable and feasible.The Curcuma longa I volatile oil had certain oxidation resistance ability.
