摘    要:本文系统地介绍了褪黑激素的分子结构、化学性质、在生物中的分布、生物合成、分泌、代谢特点及其与光照的关系,并从营养分配的角度阐述了光照和褪黑激素在动物营养分配中的作用,为褪黑激素在生产中的合理应用提供理论依据。

Abstract:This paper summerized the discovery, metabolism and biological founction of melatonin which is synthesised by pineal gland cells in the brain and is regulated by photoperiod daily and seasonaly, there is a rhythm concentration of melatonin in organic which depends on day and night, it has many basic biological founctions in lives, especially in animals. This review emphasized the nutritional partitioning role of melatonin and photoperiod on many animals and their usage to increase nitrogen partitioning to improve the cashmere production in cashmere goats.
