片烟筛分提质试验研究

为了提高片烟使用质量,研究了筛分前后片烟样品化学成分、感官质量变化及出料比例,并在"泰山"品牌中进行了工业验证。结果表明:筛分可以单独去除含有较多身份薄、油分少的低等级烟叶的碎片和小片,提高上选(即大、中片)片烟的等级纯度,且筛后的大、中片烟样品化学成分协调性变好、感官质量提高,在中、高档卷烟配方中的可用性提高。

Study of the Quality of Tobacco Strips after Sieving

In order to improve the tobacco strips application quality, then studying the change of the chemical component, sensory evaluation quality and the output rate, and also take the industrial validation test among the Taishan brand. The re- suits showed that sieving can eliminates the tobacco scrap and little lamina of the low - class tobacco which involves much thin body and low oil tobacco. Meanwhile, sieving can increase the purity of large and medium lamina. In addition, the coordi- nation of chemical components and sensory evaluation quality also get better, enhance the useness in blending leaf groups of the middle and high- class cigarette.
