摘    要:应用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法建立了牛奶中的氯霉素的检测方法。样品经乙酸乙酯提取后,用正已烷除脂,经C18固相萃取小柱富集纯化后,以C18反相柱为分析柱,乙腈-0.5mmol/L乙酸铵溶液为流动相,采用电喷雾负电离源(ESI-),多反应监测模式(SRM),用内标法定量检测。该方法提高了检测灵敏性和分析结果的可靠性,能够适应大规模样品的分析要求。

Determination of Chloramphenicol Residues in Milk by UPLC - MS/MS

Abstract:A method for the detemlination of ehloramphenicol in milk was developed by Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatog- raphy - tanden mass spectrometry( UPLC - MS/MS). The sample were extracted by ethyl acetate and the fat was removed by hexane. The C18 solid phase extraction (SPE) column was use to enrich and purify the chloramphenicol in extraction solu- tion. The chromatographic separation was achieved on a C18 column with a mobile phrase consisting of aeetronitrile and 5mmol/L ethanamide solution. ESI - mode was adopted for the detection of chloramphenicol. And the compound was quan- tified under SRM mode by intemal standard method. The developed approach is characterized by short time consumption for chromatographic separation, so as to meet the requirements for rapid analysis of large - batch samples.
