微波辅助提取印楝salannin的研究

摘    要:[目的]探讨微波辅助提取印楝核中salannin的适宜条件。[方法]分别考察辐射时间、溶剂、物料比和辐射功率对salannin提取率的影响,以PHLC定量测定所萃取的salannin含量。[结果]最佳组合为以甲醇为溶剂,辐射时间3×3min,微波功率210W,物料比(g:m1)1:3;此条件下salannin的提取率为78.383%。[结论]与磁搅拌溶剂萃取法相比,微波辅助提取法不仅萃取产量高,而且萃取时间短。

Abstract:[Objective] Microwave assisted extraction (MAP) of salannin from Azadirachta indica was studied. [Method] The test was taken to investigate the effect of irradiate times , solvent system, solid-liquid ratio and irradiate power . The salannin contents were determined by PHLC quantitative. [Result] The better technological parameters were radiation time 3×3 min,microwave power 210 W, material ratio (g/ml) 1:3, extraction rate of salannin at this condition was 78.383%. [Conclusion] The result showed that compared with the methods of conventional solvent extraction , microwave-assisted extraction not only provided higher production but also faster.
