| 摘 要： | 经测定,女贞子含有18种矿质元素和17种水解氨基酸。其中钙、铜、铁、锰、锌等与人体健康关系密切,苏氨酸、缬氨酸和甲硫氨酸等是人体必需氨基酸。

| Abstract: | Chemical analysis shows that the fruit of glossy privet contained 18 kinds of mineral elements and 17 kinds of amino acids. In which 8 kinds of mineral elements, Ca, Cu, Fe, Mn, Mo,Zn, Ni,V, are closely relative to human health, and 7 kinds of amino acids, Thr, Val, Met, Ile, Leu, Phe, Lys, are necessary for human body. |
