滇西南南汀河流域实蝇多样性研究

摘    要:通过建立16个样方并设置实蝇诱捕器对滇西南南汀河流域进行系统监测,采用非参数Jackknife 1、Bootstrap物种估测法、、多样性测度及聚类分析方法进行实蝇多样性研究.结果表明:滇西南南汀河流域实蝇种类可达46~52种,实际捕获43种,单样方6~30种,以桔小实蝇[Bactrocera (Bactrocera) dorsalis (Hendel)]和瓜实蝇[Bactrocera (Zeugodacus) cucurbitae (Coquillett)]为优势种,南瓜实蝇[Bactrocera(Zeugodacus) tau (Walker)]为常见种;样方间共有种5种,优势种1~3种,常见种0~1种,以富荣捕获实蝇种类最多,达30种;各样方捕获量平均达(11.166 79.144 6)~(1 687.666 72 244.832 0)头;Fisher、Margalef、Simpson、Shannon-Winner、Pielou等指数表现一致,其中,允相实蝇富集种多于稀有种,Fisher指数为 1.220 0;富荣实蝇丰富度最高,Margalef丰富度指数为1.204 50.277 9;芒捞山Simpson、Shannon-Winner、Pielou三项指数均最低,分别为 0.128 70.146 7、0.375 30.360 6、0.208 50.231 4,实蝇多样性最高,与龙洞和沙坝田外的其余各监测点多样性差异达显著水平;Jaccard相似系数0.200 0~0.769 2,董凤与龙洞实蝇种群极相似,忙吉利分别与小青树、岔路、富荣、大雪山和董凤实蝇种群极不相似;通过系统聚类,小青树、龙洞、董凤、大雪山、岔路、富荣聚为一类,幸福2、撒马坝2、芒捞山、撒马坝1、沙坝田聚为一类,其余各点聚为一类.

Abstract:Fruit flies were tempted and captured in 16 sample spots in Nanting Basin, Southwest Yunnan and a study on diversity was carried out by using nonparametric estimative approaches of Jackknife 1, Bootstrap, diversity measurements of and and cluster measurements. The results showed that there might be 46~52 species in the studied area and 43 species were actually captured, with 6~30 species in each single sample spot; the dominant species are Bactrocera (Bactrocera) dorsalis (Hendel) and Bactrocera (Zeugodacus) cucurbitae (Coquillett) and the common species Bactrocera (Zeugodacus) tau (Walker); 5 species were got between sample spots and in Furong had the biggest number of species (30) with the dominant species being 1~3 and the common species 0~1; the average number got was (11.166 79.144 6)~(1 687.666 72 244.832 0) with similar index number of Fisher,Margalef,Simpson,Shannon-Winner. Among them, Yunxiang had more enriched species than rare species with the index of Fisher being 1.220 0; Furong had the highest Margalef richnes sindex of 1.204 50.277 9; Manglaos had the lowest Simpson,Shannon-Winner,Pielou indexes (0.128 70.146 7,0.375 30.360 6,0.208 50.231 4, respectively) and showed the highest of diversity which formed a significant difference with other spots except Longdong and Shabatian; Dongfeng and Longdong showed the utmost similarity and Mangjili showed the utmost dissimilarity with Xiaoqingshu, Chalu, Furong, Daxueshan and Dongfeng in population with the Jaccard index being 0.200 0~0.769 2. Finally, systematic clustering result showed that Xiaoqingshu, Longdong, Daxueshan, Chalu and Furong could be of the same class and Xingfu 2, Samaba 2, Manglaoshan, Samaba 1 and Shabatian be another and the rest spots also fell into one class.
