| 摘 要： | 本研究通过对一株木霉真菌Trichoderma sp.发酵液乙酸乙酯提取物和菌丝的甲醇提取物进行化学成分调查,从中分离到4个化合物。经过波谱数据分析,鉴定其为cyclonerodiol(1)、5,8-epidioxyergosta-6,22-diem-3-ol(2)、1-monoolein(3)和methyl elaidate(4)。化合物1在质量浓度800 mg/L时对全齿复活线虫表现出微弱的毒杀活性,72 h内线虫致死率为35.6%,在1 mg/disc的浓度下对淡紫拟青霉抑菌圈大小为1.2 cm。

| Abstract: | The chemical constituents of EtOAc extract from fermentation broth and methanol extract from mycelia of Trichoderma sp. were investigated in the study. Four compounds including cyclonerodiol (1), 5, 8-epidioxyergosta-6, 22-diem-3-ol (2), 1-monoolein(3)and methyl elaidate(4) were isolated and determined according to their spectral data. Compound 1 showed weak nematicidal activity against Panagrellus redivivus with 35.6% mortality at 800 mg/L in 72 h, and antimicrobial activity against Paecilomyces lilacinus with inhibition zone 1.2 cm at 1 mg/disc. |
