摘    要:基因工程技术近年来在作物研究领域发展迅速,RNA干扰(RNAi)作为一项重要的基因沉默技术,具有高效性且特异性强的显著特点,现已广泛应用于后基因组时代,对研究作物基因功能,抗性和品质改良等有着重要作用。中国烟草研究已进入基因组时代,随着烟草基因组测序的开展,RNAi作为一门反向遗传学技术在烟草中的应用越来越多。本文介绍了RNAi 技术的作用机制和特点,重点介绍了RNAi在烟草基因功能研究、抗病研究、抗虫研究及烟草品质改良研究中的应用,并对RNAi 技术在烟草中的应用前景进行了展望。

Abstract:Gene engineering technique has been developed rapidly in crop field during recent years. As an important technology of gene silencing, RNAi has the distinctive features of high efficiency and specificity. RNAi has been widely applied in the post-genome era, and plays an important role in the studies of crop gene function, resistance and quality improvement, etc. Tobacco research in China has stepped into the genome era. With the sequencing of the tobacco genome launched, RNAi as a reverse genetics technology in tobacco is becoming more and more popular. This article introduced the mechanism and characteristics of RNAi technology,focused on the application of RNAi in tobacco gene function research, disease research, insect-resistant research and tobacco quality improvement research, and then presented prospects of application foreground of RNAi technology in tobacco.
