不同施肥水平烤烟烟叶成熟期间茎叶夹角及叶片SPAD值变化研究

摘    要:本试验研究了烤烟品种红花大金元在常规施肥、减肥15%,减肥30%,增肥15%,增肥30%5个施肥水平下生育期进程、成熟期间茎叶夹角和烟叶叶绿素SPAD值及产量、产值的变化。结果表明:5种施肥水平下,烟株进入团棵、旺长、现蕾期的时间基本一致;随着施肥量的增加,烤烟的茎叶夹角在各个成熟时期均有所增大,烟株叶绿素SPAD亦随之增大,但烟叶SPAD值过高和过低都不利于烟叶品质的形成;常规施肥处理的产值量各项指标均较优,综合表现较好。就本试验而言,当茎叶夹角达51.70~55.27,SPAD值达34.01~40.66时,表明烟叶进入适熟阶段。

Abstract:Five fertilization rates, including CK, reducing 15% fertilizer, reducing 30% fertilizer, increasing 15% fertilizer and increasing 30% fertilizer respectively, were designed in field to study its effect on tobacco plant growth, stem-leaf angles during maturation, SPAD of tobacco leaves, yield and economic value. The results showed that plant growth had no obvious difference among the five fertilization treatments. With the increasing of fertilization, stem-leaf angles were increased, SPAD were also increased, accordingly. But too high or low level of SPAD was not good at high-quality of tobacco. In the experiment, the indicators of the CK were better, and which comprehensive performance was superior. For the purpose of this experiment, when the stem-leaf angles as 51.70 to 55.27, SPAD as 34.01 to 34.01,showed that tobacco plant had been into ripe stage.
