白河林区林地资源利用可持续性评价

摘    要:对白河林区2003—2015年林地资源利用状况进行动态分析,构建可持续利用评价体系,采用层次分析法确定变量权重,结合2015年相关数据对该区林地资源利用可持续性进行评价。结果表明:白河林区林地资源利用状况变化明显,2013—2015差异最大,影响林地资源利用的主要因素为经济发展和社会因素;白河林区林地资源利用可持续性评价得分为0633,处于弱可持续性,营林技术和林业生产相关指标得分明显较低,其中林业生产受停伐影响明显,且停伐后该类指标无实际意义,需更改或忽略。

Abstract:To promote the sustainable utilization of Baihe forest land resource, we took the woodland resource utilization status of 2003-2015 for dynamic analysis, and built sustainable utilization evaluation model. In this model, we used analytic hierarchy process to determine the weights of variables and evaluated the forest resources utilization sustainability of Baihe forest land under the combination of the relevant data in 2015. The results showed that Baihe forest land resource utilization status changed significantly and the greatest difference occurred in 2013 and 2015, and the main factors were economic development and social factors. The evaluation score of sustainable utilization of Baihe forest land resource was 0633 and it was the weak sustainability. Silvicultural technique and the related indicators of forestry production scores were significantly lower, forestry production affected by the cessation of deforestation significantly, but the related indicators of forestry production has no actual significance after stopping logging, it need to change or ignore.
