摘    要:以一年生栽培辣椒(Capsicum annuum)的4个变种为材料,使用不同质量浓度的乙烯(0~250 mg/L)处理辣椒种子,研究乙烯对辣椒种子萌发的影响.结果表明:乙烯对辣椒种子的发芽势和发芽率没有显著影响;低质量浓度乙烯(50 mg/L)对发芽指数没有显著影响,而高质量浓度乙烯(100~250 mg/L)显著抑制发芽指数;辣椒种子下胚轴的长度、弯曲度和胚根的长度均被乙烯显著抑制,乙烯质量浓度越高,抑制作用越强;下胚轴的粗度随着乙烯质量浓度的提高,表现为先增加后降低的趋势,但是最终粗度仍大于对照.因此,可得出结论,乙烯对辣椒种子萌发的影响随乙烯质量浓度的不同而有所不同.

Abstract:Using ethylene with different concentration (0~250 mg/L) to treat pepper seeds, four kinds pepper varieties included in the cultivated species Capsicum annuum were chosen as materials to study the effect of ethylene on the germination of pepper seeds. The results were showed as follows: ethylene had little effect on the germination potential and rate. Ethylene with low concentration (50 mg/L) did not exert a significant influence upon germination index which was significantly inhibited by high concentration ethylene (100~250 mg/L). The length of hypocotyl and radicle, and the hypocotyl bending angle were also significantly inhibited by ethylene, the inhibition level was gradually strengthened with the increase of ethylene concentration. The hypocotyl diameter firstly increased and then decreased with the increase of ethylene concentrations, however the final diameter was thicker than the contrast. In conclusion, the effect of ethylene on the germination of pepper seeds differed depending on the ethylene concentration.
