广西油菜产业发展的现状、问题及对策探讨

摘    要:分析了广西油菜产业发展的现状,总结出广西油菜产业存在的主要问题是农民种植油菜的积极性不高、高产高油品种紧缺、栽培技术落后和油菜产品利用方式单一等。为了抓住我国大力发展生物柴油的有利机遇,提出了发展冬种油菜;加大油菜产区的基础设施投入和政策性生产投入;优化油菜的区域布局,实现区域化、规模化和集约化生产;培育龙头企业,实现产业化经营;研发和推广应用新品种、新技术,形成完整的生产技术服务体系;实施多部门联动,构建"蜂油产业"链等措施,以促进广西油菜产业的发展。

Abstract:The development of rape industry in Guangxi was analyzed in this paper.Some problems existing in rape industry were summarized,which included peasant's low enthusiasm for planting the rape,the shortage of high-yield and high-oil variety,outdated cultivation technology and single utilization of rape products.In order to grasp the opportunity of developing biological diesel,some measures were put forward to promote the development of rape industry in Guangxi.The measures are as follows: developing winter-planting rape;more investment for the infrastructure of producing areas of rape and policy supporting;optimizing regional distribution of rape;culturing leading enterprises to achieve industrialization management;forming a complete service system of production technology for extension of new varieties and technologies;implementing multi-sectional linkage and constructing the chain of the "bee and oil industrialization".
