| 摘 要： | 玉米的许多重要农艺和经济性状都是复杂多基因控制的数量性状。随着分子标记技术的发展,利用分子标记可以将数量性状位点(QTL)定位到染色体上。近年来出现的基于连锁不平衡(LD)原理的关联分析被广泛应用于玉米数量性状位点的定位上。介绍了关联分析的基本原理以及影响定位精度的主要因素。

| Abstract: | Many important traits of maize are controlled by a series of genes. With the development of the maker, the precision of mapping QTL is greatly improved. Linkage disequilibrium are now used in plant to mapping QTL. In this paper we will introduce the principle of LD, and introduce the factors that effect mapping precision of QTL. |
