摘    要:对黑龙江省各育种时期具有代表性的克字号小麦主栽品种HMW~GS组成进行分析。结果表明:各个阶段育成的小麦品种中,含有5+10优质亚基的比例为33.33%,其中品质阶段育成品种中带有5+10亚基的占23.81%。在今后的育种中应引入一些如:13+16,17+18,14+15,5’+12等合有优质亚基的亲本材料,并注重对各位点亚基的组合岛筛选,逐步丰富克字号小麦优质基因库,为东北春麦区高产优质小麦新品种的选育提供丰富的基础种质。

Abstract:Analysis of High Molecular Weight Glutenin of "keshanxiaomai" main cultivars which have a representative varieties in difference breeding stages grown in Heilongjiang.The results showed that 5+10 high quality subunit is only 33.33% in all varieties in which 23.81% varieties is breed in quality stages.We should introducing some of high quality subunits such as 13+16,17+18,14+15,5'+12 and pay attention to screen excellent subunits combination,in order to rich our high quality gene resources step by step,it al...
