关于提高乡镇领导农业开发积极性的思考

20年来,农业综合开发为项目区农业综合生产力的提高作出了积极的贡献,受到了广大农民的热烈欢迎。但随着农业和农村形势的变化,有些项目乡镇的领导对农业综合开发积极性有所减弱,文章对此进行了分析,提出了一些建设性措施。

Consideration about How to Advance the Township Leaders' Enthusiasm for Agricultural Development

Agricultural Comprehensive Development has played an active role in enhancing agricultural comprehensive productivity in the past 20 years,and it has been warmly received by the masses of peasants. But with the changing of our agricultural and rural situation,the enthusiasm of some township leaders to agricultural comprehensive development is being damped down. This paper analyses the causes of it,and makes some enlightening advice.
