柴油机配气机构失效分析与改进方案的探讨

摘    要:发动机配气机构失效的主要原因是由于配气机构各构件间磨损量的增加,使传动杆件长度缩短,气门间隙增大所致。因此在气门传动组中设置自动补偿间隙的装置,随时保证传动构件虽然有磨损而气门间隙保证不变,延长发动机的使用寿命。

Abstract:The major reason on failure of the gas supply mechanism of the engine is the increase in the amount of wear and tear among its components,which makes the length of the transmission pole component shortened and the gap of the value enlarged.So the equipment that can compensate the gap automatically has been in corperated in the transmission pack of the value,which keeps the gap of the valueconstant all the time.There fore,the service life of the engine is lengthened.
