高粱抗蚜虫性状与次生代谢物关系的研究

摘    要:通过田间人工接虫、田间调查和室内生化分析研究了不同高粱材料对蚜虫的抗性及其与次生代谢物的关系。结果显示,高粱抗蚜虫性状属单基因显性简单遗传,通过回交转育方式容易获得抗性基因。高粱抗蚜虫性状与植株体内多酚氧化酶活性及丁布(DIMBOA)含量间的关系表现出年度间的差异,有时抗性与感性材料间的多酚氧化酶活性和丁布含量都不表现质的不同,说明另有更重要的次生代谢物实际控制着高粱的抗蚜性状。

Abstract:Aphid resistant characteristics and their relations with the secondary metabolites of different sorghum genotypes were studied through field artificial aphid transfer to the tested plants, field investigation and the laboratory biochemical analysis. The results show that aphid resistant trait of sorghum inherits in single dominant gene, and can be easily transmitted to the progenies through backcross breeding. The relationships of the aphid resistant trait with polyphenol oxidase activity and DIMBOA contents in the plants differed annually. The polyphenol oxidase activity and DIMBOA contents were sometimes not significantly different between aphid resistant and aphid susceptible sorghum genotypes, which indicates that other more important secondary metabolites may exist in sorghum in determining the aphid resistant characteristics.
