自走式红枣捡拾机的设计与试验

摘    要:新疆地区红枣收获目前主要依靠人工方式,机械化收获作业水平有待于提高。为解决这一问题,设计了一种基于气力原理的自走式红枣捡拾机,并阐明了整机结构和工作过程,确定了关键部件的技术参数。同时,以新疆地区矮化密植种植模式的枣树所结红枣为试验对象进行了样机性能及作业效率试验。试验结果表明:风机最佳工作转速为2 900r/min,采收作业平均生产率为0.052hm2/h,所采收红枣的平均破损率为1.0 6%。

Design and Experiment of Self-propelled Red Date Collector
Abstract:The red date harvest in Xinjiang region depends mainly on manual work at present, so it needs to enhance the mechanized level.To solve the problem, this paper designed the self-moving red date collector based on pneumatic prin-ciple.The structure and working process of the machine ware illuminated, and the technical parameters of key compo-nents were identified.Taking the red dates by dwarf and close planting in Xinjiang region as the test object, we conduc-ted the test of the sample machine for the performance and operation efficiency.The test showed that the optimal work speed of the fan is 2900r/min, average productivity is 0.052hm2/h, and average damage rate of harvested red dates is 1.06%.
