摘    要:针对马铃薯播种机上普遍采用的勺式排种装置存在排种均匀性差的问题,就影响其排种均匀性的两个主要因素—皮带运行速度和种薯形状进行研究分析。建立了排种装置的运动模型,并进行运动学分析。理论研究分析表明:将排种装置倾斜布置并配合有小直径的下从动辊可以改善排种的不均匀性;对于种薯要避免选择长条形和特长条形种薯,形状统一的种薯有利于排种的均匀性。

Abstract:Cup seed sowing device which is widely used in potato planter, has low uniformity.This paper will discuss two major factors that have significant influence in the uniformity in planting, by establishing and analyzing the motion model of sowing device.Theoretical studies have shown that combining seed sowing device mounted obliquely with small diame -ter driven roller can improve the uniformity.For potato selection, oblong and special oblong should be avoided, unified shape is favorable to sowing uniformity.
