| 摘 要： | 针对引进的北方机型收获南方马铃薯工作中出现明薯率低、挖掘阻力大、土壤壅堵,以及仍需人工捡拾等问题,设计了一种改进型南方马铃薯收获机具。该机具包含振动挖掘铲、抖动分离机构、升运机构和集薯器等,可一次完成挖掘、薯土分离、升运及装袋等作业工序。田间试验表明:改进后的机具在动力消耗、土壤壅堵、收获效率及减轻劳动强度等方面有明显提高,具有推广应用价值。

| Abstract: | Aimed at the existing problems in harvesting southern potato with harvesters introduced from north , such as low obvious rate , high digging resistance ,soil clogging and artificial gathering ,an improved southern potato harvester was designed in this paper .The device included vibration type digging shovel , oscillating separation mechanism , elevating mechanism and potato collector , it was able to finish multi-operation once , as digging , separating , lifting and collecting . The field tests showed that improved harvester had higher capability in power consumption , avoiding soil clogging , har-vesting efficiency , reducing labor intensity , and so it had application value . |
