摘    要:为解决2ZP-2型吊杯式移栽机由于质量较大造成的动力适配困难问题,对2ZP-2型移栽机的提升和栽植过程进行了田间受力试验研究,获得了提升力和牵引力数据。根据农机行业标准,对移栽机动力适配功率进行了计算。结果表明:移栽机正常工作时,要求配套的拖拉机功率大于0.82k W,提升时要求拖拉机的功率大于15.63k W,而原始计算的配套动力功率22k W明显偏大。这些数据为2ZP-2型移栽机的动力适配提供可靠的依据,同时也为移栽机的后续研究提供了科学、精确的数据。

Reserch on Power Matching of Dibble-type Transplanter
Abstract:Choosing a matching power tractor for the 2 zp-2 dibble-type transplanter is difficult , because it is a higher-mass agricultural machinery and the matching power calculated is bigger than needed when the transplanter is designed , which takes user unnecessary waste .Solving the matching power problem and how much power is matchable for the trans-planter are the purpose of this article .The experiment of lifting force and tractive force is done to provide data to calcu-late the matching power for transplanter according to the industry standards .The result show that the matching power must be higher than 0.82 kW when only pull the transplanter to work and if lifting up the transplanter , the matching power must be higher than 15.63 kW, which is smaller than 22 kW printed in the manual .All the data can be used to decide whether the matching power is suitable for the transplanter and improve transplanter in the following study .
