小区条播机离心分种装置的试验研究

为了解决小区条播机分种不均匀、行间一致性差的问题,在原有锥体格盘式排种器的基础上加装了离心分种装置,由量孔漏斗、分配头、离心分配器及电机等组成。工作时,电机带动离心分配器高速转动,从而将从量孔漏斗落下的种子甩向分配头的各个通道,提高了分种均匀性。同时,对该装置进行了试验研究,确定影响分种均匀性的因素;并通过正交试验确定最优值,为进一步改进和研制适合我国小区播种的排种器提供理论依据。
