摘    要:中国是世界上马铃薯总产最多的国家,且在2015年启动了马铃薯主粮化战略,然而我国却还处在以人力为主的半机械化状态,针对马铃薯播种、收获及分选输运的机械结构及优化设计研究甚少。马铃薯在运输过程中输送装置的提升角度与输送速度是影响输运效率和马铃薯破皮率的重要因素,通过有限元方法分析马铃薯输送装置动堆积角与输送速度之间的关系,确定动堆积角与输送速度的最优参数,旨在对提高马铃薯的输送效率和减少马铃薯的破皮率提供参考。

Abstract:Currently, the output of potatoes in china is the first in the world,and starting a strategy of making potatoes become staple food either.However,China is still very much a semi-mechanization and labor force country.The mechani-cal design and optimization of the potato is still poor.While potatoes are being transported, the relationship between dy-namic pile angle and transportation speed has an obvious influence on the rate of skin destruction.Analysis the relation-ship between the two factors and get the best combination by finite element software that has an important significance on the transportation efficiency, and can reduce the rate of skin destruction.
