玉米钵育移栽机自动供苗装置设计及运动仿真

摘    要:随着大农业的发展,依靠建设高标准田和使用大型农机具使玉米产量和质量都有所提高,但产能空间有限。玉米钵育移栽是提高产量的重要措施之一。针对国内半自动移栽机移栽速度慢、移栽质量差、需要大量人工,国外移栽机结构复杂、成本高的问题,设计了一种由曲柄棘轮机构带动同步带实现送苗和行星齿轮系构成的切苗机构,并建立了机构的运动学模型和优化数学模型。同时,利用MatMLab进行优化求解,当连杆长度为254.88mm、摇杆长度为165.01mm时,传动效果最好,并利用SolidWorks软件进行了仿真分析。结果表明:在电机转速为90r/min时,供苗效果最好,完整度好,切割速度快,合格率高,能够满足移栽要求。该机构稳定性好、工作可靠,为全自动玉米钵育移栽机的研制开发提供了依据。

Abstract:With the development of agriculture and the help of high standard of the farmland and use of large agricultural implements , the quality and output of corns have improving , but the ability is limited .In order to solve the problem , pot seedling is used .Semi-automatic seedling machines ' low speed , bad quality and high cost made it unpopular .Cutting seeders with the help of crank ratchet driving seeders and planetary gear is designed based on the paper seedling tray made by Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University .The equation of mechanisms ' kinematics and optimized parameter was found.The MATLAB showed the optimized result is that the length of linkage and rocker is 254.88mm and 165.01mm, which works well .The result of SolidWorks Motions showed that the works and seedling tray is well , the speed of cutting seedling tray and percent of pass is high at the speed of 90r/min, which meets the agronomic requirements .The mecha-nisms provide the basis of design of fully automated corn pot seedling machines .
